This place is amazing! I booked here for a friend’s birthday dinner and couldn’t be more happy. The staff was so attentive and kind, checking in frequently to make sure all was good. Everything we ate and drank—literally everything—was so good, no complaints from our entire party! We had a few issues with an entree and drink being sent out wrong, but they were very apologetic and fixed it right away, then comped for the added wait times. They had also mixed up a dessert that was supposed to be a surprise, so they did feel bad and sent out another free dessert and drinks for the table, which I thought was very considerate. Our group is pretty easy going and we were in no rush so we didn’t mind the mistakes, but more importantly, they handled them very professionally. Huge shout out to our server Pablo who really took care of us and helped to remedy the mistakes right away (that didn’t seem to be made by him, but perhaps the bar or kitchen) and take some of those things off the check! He was so nice, kind, and apologetic, truly a gem!! Having worked in restaurants for years, I can say people like him (and the other staff who were also very kind) really make the restaurant experience so wonderful and bring people back. My friend absolutely loved her birthday dinner and I am so grateful Dante helped make this a wonderful experience, we’ll be coming back!!

Dante is a beautiful Italian restaurant with truly well-crafted dishes — definitely a spot worth trying. Even on a weekday evening, it was quite noisy inside, which made it a bit hard to have a relaxed conversation. A quick tip: instead of their famous martinis, I’d recommend trying one of their spritzes — they were more refreshing

We booked in for our engagement meal. What an absolutely amazing gem of a place. The location was such a vibe, we sat outside for a more relaxed experience. Inside was definitely the more lively ambience if you are after that sort of evening; either way, it was a great place for date night. The food was excellent quality and designed to share, so have a few bits split so you can try more of their amazing menu. Drinks were always flowing and the cocktails were an absolute must Finally, the service was simply outstanding. We felt special from the level of attentiveness given. The team were warm and welcoming and pitched everything just right. Holly was faultless and we both thought she was exceptional at hosting. The celebration espresso martinis were a cute touch and really made the evening. Highly recommend this place for date night & groups of friends alike. I have nothing other than praise.

Lovely spot. I recommend making a reservation in advance. I don’t normally recommend pasta dishes but they were really delicious with good textured noodles and bright sauces. The drinks were also good. I’m glad I tried one of the ‘fluffy cocktails’ but probably would get another cocktail in the future. The burger was good but not one of the strongest items on the menu.

Had an incredible dinner thanks to our amazing server, Meira. She was incredibly helpful with our food choices and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully sit in her section again! Highly recommend the lamb chops - they were cooked perfectly and full of flavor.

Dante NYC is a classic Italian bar with a relaxed atmosphere. If you visit around 4 PM, the kitchen takes a short break, so you can only order drinks and light bites. Their signature is the Negroni, and they offer dozens of creative variations of it. The Fluffy Margarita Royale was also excellent — pineapple-forward, tangy, and sweet. I really enjoyed it!

My husband and I were walking in the rain when we stumbled upon Dante Cafe and decided to step inside. We sat at the bar, and the whole experience was amazing. We had the anchovies, mussels, tagliatelle with pesto, and the dry-aged ribeye ! Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, they changed the settings between each course and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was incredible; warm, cozy, and just what we needed on a rainy day.
